In the event that the material deviates from the stated specifications, the buyer may submit a written complaint within 15 days of receipt of the product, clearly stating the problem encountered and the data confirming his complaint.
After verification, EMFUTUR reserves the right to withdraw the material, exchange it or refund all or part of the cost of the product paid for.
Returns will not be accepted for material incompatibility, misuse, misapplication, incorrect or excessive ordering, improper storage or handling resulting in premature material degradation or loss of performance.
